Welcome to Waves Massage. By booking a treatment or using this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. These help keep both you and your therapist safe, respected, and fully informed.

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly.
• Payment is due in advance of the booking unless otherwise stated.
• Gift vouchers are non‑refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged the full rate for your missed appointment. 
• If you cancel between 24-48 hours of the appointment time you will be charged 50% for your missed appointment. 
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, but the full fee will still apply.

• You must complete a consultation form before your first treatment and update us of any changes to your health at least 48hrs in advance.
• Certain medical conditions may require GP consent or may mean treatment is not suitable.
• Waves Massage reserves the right to decline treatment if it is unsafe or inappropriate.

• Waves Massage provides professional therapeutic treatments only.
• Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due.

• Your comfort, dignity, and wellbeing are always prioritised.
• All treatments follow professional standards of practice and confidentiality.

• Treatments are non‑refundable once completed.
• If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us so we can resolve it promptly.

• Vouchers and packages cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Packages must be used within the stated validity period.

• All content on this website is owned by Waves Massage.
• You may not copy or reproduce any content without permission.

• Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for booking, treatment, and communication purposes.
• We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required.
