Pregnancy can put a strain on your body so let me help you to relax and unwind. Allow yourself time to focus on your body and baby, whilst I relieve you of the aches and pains, and other common health problems you may be experiencing during your pregnancy.
You will be helping to relax your baby through your massage - stimulation of your skin will release oxytocin and prolactin, having an indirect relaxing effect on your unborn child. The more relaxed you are, the more relaxed your pregnancy and birth is likely to be.

Labour massage is a wonderful practical tool which the mother and her birth partner can use to help with pain relief and lessen anxiety during labour.
Massage can be of particular use in the early stages of labour when stronger pain relief may not be necessary to make the woman feel more comfortable.
Massage also gives your birth partners a ‘role’ and can help them feel more involved in the birth.
